Just over 50 employees turn Fulfillment Mail + Marketing into a very specialised print shop and professional mailing provider. And we believe firmly in synergies, for instance between print products and the online world. That’s why our team includes people with an IT and online background, along with print specialists. What motivates us most?
Delighting our customers with outstanding performance!

As a service provider, our first task is to fulfil the wishes of our customers. But we are still hungry to learn what will be possible in tomorrow’s world. We absorb innovation from the market and, if we believe this innovation to provide further efficiency, we pass on the benefits to our customers. By contrast, our understanding of quality and service is entirely traditional.

A dynamic history

The history of Fulfillment Mail + Marketing began in 1989 in northern Germany and the company has never looked back. It expands and adds new machinery almost every year. This builds on what is actually a very simple philosophy: to offer our customers only the best.

Fulfillment Mail + Marketing will continue its evolution in future as well. Examples include an increasing focus on creative and IT services.

The company is founded by Manfred Richter.

Relocation to a 400 sqm warehouse

1994
Relocation to the current building,
approx. 1000 sqm production + 300 sqm office space

Expansion of the machine pool,
additional folding and enveloping machines

Founder Manfred Richter passes away,
